We faced several issues during our stay. The door to the bathroom in room 325 slammed shut, injuring my wife, which required a trip to the hospital. The bathroom layout was impractically designed, causing inconvenience. The experience was overshadowed by these unfortunate incidents.

The meaty pizza at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, and I can't forget the amazing customer service we experienced from the staff, especially Waqar and Noman in room service who were always prompt. Plus, the pool area truly catered well to families all around.
The bathroom seems overused, and the carpet could use a change. The walls aren't soundproof. I could hear neighbors and a bit too much bathroom chatter from next door. Oh, and I had a disappointing experience with the valet. there was a scratch on my rental car when I returned it, likely from the busy parking area.
